How it Works

Easy Bill Online’s Deal cycle is demonstrated by the conceptual diagram above.
  1. The first step is to create a deal. In your deal you can specify:
    • Deal name and description
    • Deal Type
    • Deal Stage
    • Project revenue
    • Expected closing date
    • Starting probability
    • Target contacts of deal
    • Associated quotes
  2. Once your deal is created, at some point you will need to pitch or propose a deal which is #2 in the diagram. This can be a meeting, phone call, email, etc. By proposing a deal to your lead(s), you set a time and date.
  3. When you follow up with your proposal, you can choose whether the deal was accepted or declined, and whether the deal is still active. You can rate the proposal as positive or negative, automatically adjusting the probability of closing the deal.
  4. If the deal was accepted to automatically convert the lead to a client, or convert the quote to a invoice. You can also automatically create a followup. If it was negative you can start the cycle again to revise the deal.
