Support Issues
For those users that have been having problems with our live support we are aware of the problem and we are now working on a solution, in the mean time our support forms and emails are now been resolved within three hours from the time posted.
I have noticed that a lot of the issues that have been reported to us by users as problems are in fact not problems or bugs but just users not understanding how to use the system.
With this in mind I am offering free training to our entire users via the web or we can send out a tech to train you in your place of business.
The in person training is limited to users who currently in Alberta Canada, however users outside this region can book online training via our support page.
