Vendors

Vendors is now its own tab. Because a vendor is a contact type, we decided to make it its own module instead of being restricted to just expenses. To activate this tab, go to preferences -> display options and check the vendors option.

vCards

vCard is a file format standard for electronic business cards. Because many popular applications such as MS Outlook use it, its an extremely convenient method to export a contact with a single click into your Outlook. You will see this option when viewing a contact in the contact module. Clicking it will give you the option of saving, which will launch your default program for handling vcards. In most cases this is MS Outlook.

Tickets

We’ve introduced a simple but effective tickets module to Easy Bill Online. Users of Easy Bill Online which includes your staff and clients that have the ability to log into the application can now submit tickets to any staff member. The assignee will receive a notification that they’ve been assigned a ticket.They can then go into the ticket, enter notes, and resolve the ticket when dealt with.

Email

You can now manage your email by setting set up any POP3 server email within Easy bill Online. You have the ability of composing messages and keeping received messages on the server. You can stay connected and organized with all of Easy bill Online’s business tools and emails in one secure location.

Private and Public Contacts

You now have the ability to make contacts public or private with a click of a button. Check out our screen shot.
